Late Winter 2010

Dear Vendor,

We are having a 2010 event season at the Dairy. The Spring Opener will be held on Sunday, April 18th and the Season Closer will be held on Sunday, October 3rd.  We hope you will be able to join us this year for what very well could be our last season of shows at the Dairy. We are in the process of waiting to develop our fabled piece of property on Sugar Hollow Road, but until the US economy turns around in a more significant way, we sit and wait and continue to be a legendary motorcycle stop.

Our motorcycle events have hosted hundreds of thousands of motorcycles in the past and our numbers – like the word of mouth that helped to bring motorcycles to our location in the first place - continues to grow. Our event to help open the motorcycle riding season in the area runs 8AM-4PM, rain or shine. Like I’ve said - the ride to the Dairy is one so many have traveled before; and they can’t be more excited to come back - they choose our location for the history, the vendors, and the camaraderie.

We will feature a bike show with trophies, live music, dyno testing and a great selection of bikes and merchandise on display. Admission will be $9.00. Our audience will be encouraged to bring cash in hand and make a deal on the spot. We’ll get the word out about the event through aggressive radio, newspaper, magazine, and web advertisements.

We have a cap on the number of vendors we will accept and we are only letting in a limited number of leather vendors. Some of you who always come need to let us know if you are attending – you know who you are. We look forward to seeing you again at the Dairy.

Sincerely,

Gina and Sean Marcus

Our 2010 season is dedicated to the memory of our good friend Ray Daunais.  Once in a while you are lucky enough
to find a big hearted soul who is able to touch everyone they meet – that was Ray.
